Recognised for Excellence (R4E) Award

We think ELCAP is an excellent organisation and are really excited to be working towards our submission for the ‘Recognised for Excellence – R4E’ award with EFQM.  EFQM says that:

“Excellent Organisations achieve and sustain outstanding levels of performance that meet or exceed the expectations of all their stakeholders”.

To expand on that further, EFQM think that in order to be excellent an organisation would have the following attributes:

• Adding value for customers
• Creating a sustainable future
• Developing organisation capability
• Harnessing creativity & innovation
• Leading with vision, inspiration and integrity
• Managing with agility
• Succeeding through the talent of people
• Sustaining outstanding results

We have been collating feedback from our stakeholders over the past few months in order to complete the first part of our submission towards this award.
